The story behind the '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon
The '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon from 2020 is a standout piece in any collection. It appeared as part of the Muscle Mania series within the standard Mainline assortment. While most cars in this group were easy to find, this specific model was released as a Super Treasure Hunt. That designation means it is highly limited and very hard to track down today. Designed by Brendon Vetuskey under SKU GHG24, this diecast car captures the aggressive styling of one of Dodge's wildest muscle cars ever made.
Materials, colors and value
This miniature features a plastic body coated in a striking Spectraflame yellow finish that shimmers with gold glitter. The design includes black racing stripes and detailed sponsor decals along the side to highlight its drag racing heritage. It sits on a matching black base at the traditional 1/64 scale size. Because it is a Super Treasure Hunt, this model carries significant value among dedicated enthusiasts who hunt for these special releases.
Questions about the '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon
How rare is the '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon STH?+
This car was released as a Super Treasure Hunt in 2020. These models are produced in extremely small numbers compared to standard Mainline releases. They are among the most sought-after items for collectors because they feature special paint finishes that you cannot find on regular packs.
How do I know if my Demon is a Super Treasure Hunt?+
Look closely at the base of the car. A true Super Treasure Hunt will have a small flame logo printed directly on the plastic base near the rear wheels. It also features a unique Spectraflame paint job that glitters under light, which distinguishes it from normal painted versions.
What does this '18 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon cost?+
Super Treasure Hunt models typically command higher prices on the secondary market due to their limited production runs. Since this 2020 release is no longer available in stores, its value depends heavily on how well preserved it is and whether you can find one with original packaging intact.
