The story behind the LB Super Silhouette Nissan Silvia (S15)
The LB Super Silhouette Nissan Silvia (S15) brings high-octane Japanese racing culture straight into your collection as part of the 2024 Hot Wheels Boulevard lineup. This model captures the aggressive styling that Liberty Walk is famous for, featuring massive fender flares and a striking aerodynamic body kit on top of the classic S15 chassis. It made its debut in the first mix of the 2024 series under the creative direction of Ryu Asada. For fans of drift cars or modified street racers, this diecast replica is an exciting addition that showcases detailed sponsor decals and a bold yellow racing stripe on a crisp white background.
Materials, colors and value
This miniature model relies on solid metal construction to give it weight and durability typical of premium Boulevard releases. The car arrives in a 1/64 scale format which highlights the intricate exterior modifications. The primary color is white, accented by black bases and interior components that match the aggressive aesthetic. Collectors will notice variations in window tinting across different units, ranging from smoke to gray tones. Because it belongs to a limited series aimed at adult enthusiasts rather than standard retail tracks, this model holds specific value for those focusing on Japanese performance vehicles.
Questions about the LB Super Silhouette Nissan Silvia (S15)
What is the rarity of the 2024 LB Super Silhouette Nissan Silvia?+
This car was released as part of the Boulevard assortment in 2024. Unlike standard Mainline models found at big-box stores, Boulevard cars are produced in smaller quantities specifically for adult collectors and specialty shops. While not an ultra-rare Treasure Hunt model, its limited production run makes it more sought after than common releases.
How can I identify the correct version of this Hot Wheels car?+
You can verify authenticity by checking for the SKU HRT64 printed on the packaging or base. Look closely at the white body, which should feature distinctive yellow side stripes and detailed Liberty Walk branding. The designer credited is Ryu Asada, whose style often emphasizes realistic proportions even within a 1/64 scale format.
Is this specific model worth keeping for long term investment?+
Boulevard models generally hold their value better than standard retail cars due to lower production numbers and higher build quality. Since it features metal construction and unique livery details, dedicated collectors of Japanese racing themes or Liberty Walk designs will likely keep looking for this specific 2024 release.
