The story behind the Branch
Branch from Trolls Band Together made his Hot Wheels debut in 2024 as part of a special character-focused release designed to bring animated personalities into collectors' hands at an accessible price point. This plastic-bodied diecast model captures Branch's signature look with a tall black fiber mohawk that extends dramatically above the open-top convertible design. The car features multiple blue body paint options including standard Blue, Light Blue and Pastel Blue variations paired with Purple or Lavender base colors to match different production runs across worldwide markets. Dwayne Vance designed this unique interpretation of Branch's vehicle for fans who appreciate both movie tie-in collectibles and everyday playability in one package.
Materials, colors and value
This plastic construction keeps the price affordable while maintaining durability for children and adult collectors alike. The car comes with various window tint options ranging from Smoke through Heavy smoke to Gray, giving each example slightly different visual character depending on manufacturing batch. Interior details use Black plastic throughout regardless of exterior color combination chosen during production cycles at factories worldwide where these models roll off assembly lines in 1/64 scale proportions that fit standard Hot Wheels display cases and storage solutions.
Questions about the Branch
Is Branch from Trolls Band Together a valuable collectible?+
Character Cars like this one generally maintain modest resale values since they were produced in large quantities for broad distribution through major retailers worldwide during the release year. While some specific color combinations might become slightly more sought after over time, most examples remain affordable additions to themed collections rather than high-value investment pieces.
How can I identify authentic Branch Trolls Band Together Hot Wheels cars?+
Genuine versions display the exact SKU code HKV20 printed on original packaging along with proper Hot Wheels branding and copyright information. Look for consistent quality in the black fiber hair attachment, accurate color matching between body panels and base components, plus clear window tinting that matches documented production specifications from official sources.
Are different Branch car colors equally common or are some rarer?+
All three main blue variations appeared in significant numbers during initial distribution phases across multiple manufacturing facilities. While certain regional markets might have received heavier allocations of specific color schemes, none achieved true rarity status that would substantially impact pricing among casual collectors looking to complete their sets.
