The story behind the Barbaric
The Barbaric is a menacing diecast model that debuted in the Batman assortment during 2025. This release fits perfectly into the dark and gritty aesthetic of Gotham City, capturing the sinister vibe associated with Batman villains. As part of the dedicated Batman series for that year, it appeals to fans who enjoy themed collections alongside their standard Mainline finds. The car features a sleek black body that stands out against its grey base, creating a sharp visual contrast on any shelf or display case. Its design hints at chaos and power, making it an exciting addition for collectors focused on entertainment-themed vehicles. While not marked as a rare Treasure Hunt, the specific Batman branding adds unique appeal to this piece. Enthusiasts often seek out these character-driven releases to complete their themed sets, ensuring each car tells part of the larger story.
Materials, colors and value
This model is crafted primarily from plastic materials, which is common for many entertainment series vehicles released in recent years. The exterior showcases a solid black paint job that gives it a stealthy and aggressive look underneath clear see-through windows. Inside, you will find silver detailing on the interior components, adding subtle depth to the cockpit area. It rests securely on a medium grey base plate, which complements the dark body color without distracting from the overall design. The scale remains at 1/64, keeping it consistent with standard Hot Wheels sizing for easy display and storage. Collectors value this car mainly for its thematic connection to Batman rather than rare material finishes.
