The story behind the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8
This specific Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8 model holds a special place in Hot Wheels history because it was created for a unique event rather than sold in regular toy stores. Released during the 2025 Philippines Hot Wheels Convention, this car belongs to the Collectors Convention assortment series. These exclusive models are distributed only at specific fan gatherings and trade shows around the world. This makes finding one much harder than buying a standard Mainline car from a local shop. The vehicle features a striking custom paint job that stands out immediately on display shelves. With its bold purple tones and black base, it captures attention quickly for enthusiasts who love rare convention exclusives.
Materials, colors and value
Collectors appreciate this diecast model primarily because of its metal body construction which provides durability and a premium feel in the hand. The car is cast at the standard 1/64 scale to match other Hot Wheels vehicles perfectly on your display racks. It features a distinctive color scheme including purple, dark purple paint options with a solid black base underneath. Since this item was exclusive to the Philippines convention event in 2025, it does not have a typical retail price tag found at general stores. Its value is determined strictly by availability among fellow fans who want to complete their collection of rare promotional items.
