The story behind the FIRE-EATER
The Fire-Eater brings a fresh urban look to the Hot Wheels lineup with its appearance in the Metro Sketch 5-Pack for 2026. Designed by Lindsey Lee, this model takes a classic fire truck silhouette and transforms it into something that fits perfectly on city streets rather than just emergency scenes. It belongs to the broader 5-Packs assortment, which are popular multi-car packs found at retail stores around the world. While these sets are designed for fun play and quick collecting sessions, they often contain unique designs you cannot find anywhere else. The Metro Sketch theme adds a modern artistic flair that appeals to collectors who enjoy street culture inspired vehicles.
Materials, colors and value
This model features a metal base material with detailed silver accents on the front grille and bumper areas. It showcases a bright pearlescent yellow body paired with purple interior details visible through blue tinted windows. The side graphics include vibrant flame patterns along with stylized Hot Wheels lettering that matches the urban theme of its series packaging. At 1/64 scale, it fits comfortably alongside other standard diecast models in any collection display case or track setup.
