The story behind the 93 Toyota 4runner
The Hot Wheels Boulevard series delivers high-quality reproductions of iconic real-world vehicles for adult collectors. This release features a classic 93 Toyota 4runner from the Mix 1 group arriving in 2026. Designer Rob Matthes crafted this specific casting with incredible attention to detail, ensuring it looks just like the rugged SUVs seen on roads decades ago. It captures that boxy aesthetic perfectly while adding cool custom touches for a more aggressive stance.
Materials, colors and value
This miniature SUV features a metal body and sits in 1/64 scale. You can find this model painted in vibrant Red or shimmering Metalflake Red finishes. The casting includes realistic details like smoke tinted windows, detailed gray interior seats, silver trim, and large off-road tires that give it lifted ground clearance. Because Boulevard cars are designed as display pieces with higher quality standards than standard mainline releases, they hold significant value for serious collectors who want museum-grade diecast vehicles.
