The story behind the Lamborghini Miura P400 SV
The Lamborghini Miura P400 SV released in 2026 through the Mattel Brick Shop assortment brings a legendary classic into modern diecast collecting. This specific model captures the iconic mid-engine layout that defined supercar history, presented here by designer Brendon Vetuskey under SKU JGJ19. While standard Mainline releases come to every corner store, this release targets dedicated fans shopping directly through specialty channels like Brick Shop. The P400 SV was already a rare sight in its original era as an upgraded version of the beloved Miura family. Bringing it back in 2026 keeps the design fresh for collectors who love vintage Italian performance cars without needing to search international markets.
Materials, colors and value
This diecast model features a solid metal body construction that gives the car proper weight and stability on your shelf or display case. The exterior finish comes in a bright Gloss Orange paint job with clear windows, providing high visibility against most backgrounds. It sits atop a gray base which contrasts nicely with the vibrant orange upper bodywork while the brown interior details add warmth inside the cabin area where they are visible through those transparent window panes. At 1/64 scale it fits comfortably alongside your other standard sized Hot Wheels cars for easy display options anywhere you want them.
