The story behind the Custom Volkswagen Beetle
The Custom Volkswagen Beetle from the 2026 Toy Story series brings a classic movie vehicle into the diecast world with playful energy. This model captures the iconic look of Slinky Dog’s ride, featuring a bold metalflake ochre body that shimmers under any light. Designed by Larry Wood and produced in the Themed Entertainment assortment, it blends nostalgic charm with Hot Wheels style. With its red interior accents, white polka dot graphics, and cheerful character art on the side panel, this car stands out as both fun to play with and appealing for collectors who love Pixar themes. It is not a rare Treasure Hunt or limited chase model, but its unique theme makes it a standout in any 1/64 scale collection.
