The story behind the Custom Ford Bronco
This Custom Ford Bronco from 2019 stands out as a serious find for any Hot Wheels fan because it is an official Treasure Hunt model. Released during that year under the HW Hot Trucks series, this version of the classic off-roader was designed by Mark Jones and John Violette to look rugged and ready for adventure. Unlike standard Mainline releases found at checkout lanes everywhere, Treasure Hunts are much harder to spot in packs. They feature a special flame logo on the base that marks them as limited edition surprises. The bold two-tone design with an orange chassis and black body gives it instant visual impact among other trucks.
Materials, colors and value
The model features a sturdy plastic construction typical of Hot Wheels Mainline cars, finished at a standard 1/64 scale for easy display on shelves or tracks. It sports a vibrant orange base that contrasts sharply against the glossy black painted upper cabin and bed area. The interior details are kept simple in matching dark tones while gold-rimmed wheels add a premium touch to its overall appearance. Being marked with SKU FYF96 helps identify this specific casting accurately among numerous other variants produced since then.
