The story behind the Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R LBWK
The Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R LBWK represents a specific slice of JDM history with its wide-body stance and classic white paint. Released in 2023, this model is part of the Premium Collector Set focused on Nissan heritage. As a Car Culture item, it targets adult enthusiasts who appreciate detailed diecast over standard playsets. The design features aggressive fender flares that give the car a muscular look while keeping its iconic silhouette intact. Ryu Asada worked on the styling for this release, ensuring the proportions match the real vehicle's character. Collectors often value these sets because they capture specific tuning styles from Japanese automotive culture without needing to hunt through random blind bags.
Materials, colors and value
This diecast model is built with a metal body and base that provide a solid feel in your hand. The primary color scheme uses white for the main panels, paired with black interior details and smoked tinted windows to enhance its sporty appearance. At a scale of 1/64, it fits comfortably on most display shelves or inside glass cases. Because it belongs to a premium collector set rather than the common Mainline series, these cars usually command higher prices in the secondary market once sold out.
