Designed by Brendon Vetuskey, this piece showcases intricate detailing that appeals to serious enthusiasts looking for unique additions to their display cases.
Materials, colors and value
This miniature truck is built on a solid metal base, giving it a satisfying weight and durability typical of premium releases. The finish combines bright red panels with clean white accents and subtle flame graphics along the edges. Inside, you can spot a crisp white interior through various tinted window options. As part of the 1/64 scale Collectors Nationals lineup, this model is valued for its event-exclusive nature rather than mass-market availability.
Questions about the 1962 Ford F100
Is the 2023 Hot Wheels 1962 Ford F-100 a rare diecast car?+
Yes, this model is considered quite rare because it was produced specifically for the Collectors Nationals event. These exclusive releases are not sold in regular toy stores or standard online retailers. They typically have much lower production runs compared to mainline cars.
How can I tell if my 1962 Ford F-100 is authentic?+
Check the base of the vehicle for specific event markings and branding related to the Collectors Nationals. The packaging should also feature official logos from that year's show. Look closely at the metal construction quality, which distinguishes it from cheaper plastic models.
What is the current market value for this truck?+
Values can vary significantly based on condition and whether the car remains sealed in its original package. Because these are event exclusives, prices often rise over time as supply dwindles among collectors who want to complete their series.
