The story behind the Automobili Pininfarina Battista
The Automobili Pininfarina Battista arrived in the Hot Wheels lineup during 2023 as part of the HW Green Speed series. This Mainline release captures the sleek, aerodynamic profile of one of the most powerful electric supercars on Earth. Designed by Phil Riehlman, the model features a striking white body accented with blue and black graphic patterns that mimic digital speed lines. The car sits low to the ground, emphasizing its performance heritage while remaining true to the 1/64 scale standard used across the Mainline assortment. Because it belongs to the core retail series, this Battista is widely available in stores and online shops worldwide. It serves as an accessible entry point for collectors who want a high-end EV design without hunting through limited editions or premium packs.
Materials, colors and value
Crafted from plastic, this 1/64 scale diecast model showcases a multi-tone color scheme including white, off-white, Bianco Sestriere body sections alongside black bases and interiors. The windows come in smoke, tinted, and gray variations to add depth to the cabin view. As a standard Mainline item, it does not carry premium metal construction or special tire materials typical of higher-end releases. Collectors generally value this car based on its condition and original packaging rather than extreme rarity. It fits easily into any display case representing modern electric vehicles or designer collaborations within your Hot Wheels collection.
