The story behind the '70 Dodge Hemi Challenger
This '70 Dodge Hemi Challenger arrives as a powerful entry in the Muscle Mania series from the year 2023. Designed by Phil Riehlman, this model captures the raw aggression of American muscle car history with its aggressive stance and distinct body lines. It belongs to the Mainline assortment, meaning it is part of the core retail collection rather than a rare limited edition. Collectors often look for these Muscle Mania releases because they celebrate classic performance vehicles from decades past. The specific styling here includes detailed Mopar branding on the side panels and white racing stripes that cut across the bodywork to highlight its curves.
Materials, colors and value
The model features a plastic base material which is standard for this scale of vehicle production. It measures at a precise ratio of 1/64 compared to the real automobile. The paint scheme showcases shades of purple ranging from lighter violet tones to deep plum and dark purple variations depending on the specific casting variant found in retail packs. These are paired with black interior details, clear window plastic for visibility into the cabin, and black base platforms. While this car is widely available due to its Mainline status, unique color combinations like these purples can hold steady value among enthusiasts building themed muscle collections.
