Part of the HW METRO series within the Mainline assortment, this model captures the spirit of city life with its distinct taxi cab styling. It features a bright yellow body that stands out on any track or display shelf. The design includes bold black and white checkered patterns along the side, adding a sporty feel to the vehicle. A prominent white roof sign completes the look, making it instantly recognizable as a ride-ready classic. With its metal construction and playful graphics, this diecast car offers both durability and style for enthusiasts of all ages.
Materials, colors and value
This model is built with a durable metal base material, ensuring longevity during play or collection display. It comes in a vibrant yellow body color paired with grey interior details visible through the windows. The black chassis provides a strong contrast to the bright exterior paint job. Measuring at a standard 1/64 scale, it fits perfectly alongside other regular series cars. Collectors often seek out these Mainline releases for their consistent quality and wide availability.
Questions about the SMALL BLOC
Is Small Bloc considered rare among Hot Wheels collectors?+
No, this car is not particularly rare since it belongs to the standard Mainline assortment released in 2025. These models are produced in large quantities for general retail sale worldwide. However, specific color variations or errors can sometimes become harder to find later on.
How do I identify an authentic Small Bloc Hot Wheels car?+
You can verify authenticity by checking the SKU number HYW65 printed on the packaging label. Genuine items also feature clear, sharp decals without smudging or misalignment. The metal body should feel solid and have precise molding details around the wheels and windows.
What is a typical resale value for this car?+
Since it is a common Mainline release from 2025, most copies sell close to their original retail price in loose condition. Packaged examples might command slightly higher prices due to better preservation of the graphics and overall presentation quality.
