The story behind the Cadillac Project GTP Hypercar
The Cadillac Project GTP Hypercar brings a futuristic racing vibe to your shelf as part of the Mainline assortment in 2024. Designed by Fraser Campbell, this sleek prototype captures the aggressive styling typical of endurance racers with its wide body and massive rear wing. It appears in the HW Turbo series for that year, making it a standout piece among speed-focused models. Since it is a standard Mainline release, you will find it fairly common on store shelves compared to limited editions. The metalflake dark blue paint gives this model a premium look despite its plastic construction. Collectors who enjoy modern concept cars and racing themes often seek out specific color variants of this car to complete their series.
Materials, colors and value
This 1/64 scale diecast features a sturdy plastic body with striking window details ranging from gray tinted glass to light smoke finishes. The exterior comes in various shades including standard blue, dark blue, and the eye-catching metalflake dark blue shown here. Inside you will find black interior details that contrast nicely against the vibrant paintwork. It sits on a matching black base which provides stability for display or track use. Because it is widely available as part of the 2024 Mainline lineup, individual copies usually hold value close to their original retail price unless found in mint packaging.
