The story behind the PURPLE PASSION
The Purple Passion joins the 2025 Hot Wheels lineup as a vibrant addition to the HW Designed by series. This Mainline release brings a distinct retro-modern aesthetic that stands out in any collection. With its sleek curves and bold color scheme, it captures the eye immediately. The car features a deep purple body with black accents along the lower panels, creating a striking contrast. Clear see-through windows reveal a clean white interior, adding to the detailed look. As part of the core retail series, this 1/64 scale model is accessible yet stylish enough for serious collectors who appreciate unique designs within standard releases.
Materials, colors and value
This 2025 release has a plastic body with clear see-through windows and a white interior. The exterior features a rich purple paint job paired with black bases and side accents. Its design includes stylized graphics on the door that read L Wood Design alongside the Hot Wheels flame logo. While not made from metal, its colorful appearance makes it visually appealing for display or play. Being part of the regular Mainline assortment means it is widely available but still holds value due to its distinctive styling.
